Senior Rust Developer (Experience: 7+ Years) About the Role We are hiring a highly skilled Senior Rust Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications and backend services. The successful candidate will bring strong Rust expertise, system design capability, microservices architecture knowledge, and experience with modern software development methodologies. You will partner with cross-functional teams to create dependable, secure, and efficient solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Rust.
• Build scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs.
• Design and implement microservices and distributed system architectures.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Optimize application performance, resource utilization, and system reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in line with industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and software delivery automation.
• Ensure adherence to security, scalability, and operational excellence standards.
