Agile Consultant/Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute roles and responsibilities
• Focus on AI integration, including AI, ML, and Generative AI tools, along with MLOps
• Assess the current state of Agile practices and recommend actionable improvements
• Collaborate with clients to formulate a transformation strategy for Agile adoption across various levels, including enterprise, portfolio, program, and team. Coach teams to enhance their Agile maturity and design tailored Agile training solutions
• Engage with client stakeholders to communicate the advantages of Agile adoption as needed. Provide coaching to teams in the implementation of engineering practices
• Create and implement customized Agile coaching training interventions based on specific roles
• Assist teams in utilizing AI-enabled Agile tools and automation to enhance delivery efficiency and support data-driven decision-making
