Workday Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a day in the life of an Infoscion
• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will primarily spearhead the engagement efforts, delivering high-quality, value-added consulting solutions to clients at various phases, from problem identification to diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment.
• You will assess proposals created by consultants, offering guidance while analyzing solutions tailored to address client business challenges, aiming to pinpoint potential risks and issues.
• Your responsibilities will include identifying change management needs and suggesting a systematic approach for the client to manage change through diverse communication channels.
• Additionally, you will mentor and envision the team’s direction, providing subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and inspiring team members through timely feedback and recognition of outstanding performance.
• You will play a pivotal role in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions to clients, in alignment with the organization's guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• A minimum of 9 years of experience leading the design, development, and implementation of Workday Technical solutions.
• Proficiency in designing and developing Workday Integrations and reporting solutions that align with business requirements.
• Expertise in configuring and maintaining Workday Integrations, EIB, CC, Workday Studio dashboards, and BIRT reports.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Workday Integrations and Workday Studio functionalities.
• Extensive experience in Workday integration, report development, testing, and validation.
• Leadership in managing the Technical Solution process, including design and release management.
• Strong practical experience in Workday technologies, including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect, PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom Fields, XML, XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting, and data analytics.
