Key Responsibilities:

• Infosys is looking for an ERP HCM Industry Principal—Senior Industry Principal—who has extensive experience in the Workday ecosystem.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and apply domain and technical functional expertise, including Requirements Elicitation, Design, Build, and Deployment of solutions that support the customer’s ERP HCM application.
• Contribute significantly to the creation and development of industry solutions.
• Contribute significantly to creating high-level design artifacts and serve as a key member of the Digital Technology team, participating in HCM and ERP digital project integration, development, and delivery. Coordinate with Finance leads, Technical Product Managers, corporate and business unit teams, and third parties to orchestrate digital solutions using Workday HCM.

Technical Requirements:

• 15 years of experience in WORK HCM ERP Implementation or support projects, along with relevant experience in the HCM ERP domain in Implementation Support projects related to Workday Application.
• Candidate must be proficient across all delivered ERP HCM processes and reports, demonstrating best practices.
• Hands-on experience working on Workday Cloud projects.
• Experience with HCM ERP Modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent, Learn, Time, Labor, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Costing etc
• Proficient in implementing IT business solutions in Workday Cloud, including building integrations and reports, and customizing business processes using native Workday tools.
• Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution

Additional Responsibilities:

• Experience working in teams on large and complex ERP HCM projects.
• Ability to lead customer discussions independently and act as a trusted advisor—advising on industry best practices—with a desire to work in a global delivery environment.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams, including technical, business, and management stakeholders.
• Expertise and ownership in providing consulting services to support all aspects of Workday Cloud system implementations, including business flow understanding and documentation.
• Knowledge and experience with the full SDLC lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Agile practices, ability to execute projects in Agile mode, and experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including verbal and written communication.
