Job Description

• Prepare credit applications and annual reviews for large corporate clients, including facility increases, amendments, waivers and covenant-related requests.
• Carry out in-depth credit analysis covering financial spreading, cash flow analysis, projections, internal ratings and loan classification.
• Assess and track portfolio credit quality through covenant testing, approval conditions, early-warning indicators and watchlist triggers.
• Partner with Credit Risk and relevant approval stakeholders to resolve credit questions and facilitate the approval process.
• Verify credit documentation against approved terms and ensure accurate credit-related data, including limits and collateral information.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 10 years of relevant corporate credit experience within a corporate or wholesale banking environment.
• Demonstrated practical experience in credit writing, financial statement analysis, financial modelling and annual credit reviews.
• Experience with large corporate clients across Southeast Asia, with a strong grasp of corporate lending and portfolio credit risk.
• Exposure to Food & Agriculture, commodities or related corporate sectors will be highly regarded.
