Your Key Responsibilities in This Role Will Include:
- Ensuring that all operations adhere to the company's safety, health, and environmental management standards.
- Managing daily tasks in the assembly and coil shop according to established directions and schedules.
- Conducting product assembly and operating basic equipment.
- Setting up and operating winding, spot welding, and molding machines.
- Configuring and using automatic testing equipment in both the coil and assembly shops.
- This position requires adaptability and may involve rotating responsibilities.
- Maintaining compliance with all quality standards.
- Participating actively in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen events.
- Manufacturing setting.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- 0-2 years of experience in operating assembly and testing equipment.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis.
- Physical requirements:
- Capability to lift weights up to 3 kilograms.
- Able to differentiate colors.
- B.E/B. Tech/Diploma/ITI or any equivalent degree.
