Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business needs, functional specifications, and process documentation
• Develop and implement test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for SAP EAM, ISU, and Retail modules
• Conduct Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and provide UAT support
• Verify complete business processes across SAP and associated applications
• Identify, document, track, and re-test defects utilizing defect management tools
• Work collaboratively with Functional Consultants, Business Users, Developers, and Project Teams
• Assess test outcomes and generate testing status reports
• Assist with SIT, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live validation tasks
• Adhere to testing standards, methodologies, and best practices
• SAP EAM Testing Expertise
• Proficient in testing Asset Management workflows
• Understanding of Equipment Master, Functional Locations, Maintenance Orders, Work Orders, Notifications, Preventive Maintenance, and Asset Lifecycle Management
• Validation of Plant Maintenance PM integration with other SAP modules
• SAP ISU Testing Expertise
• Experience in testing Utility business processes
• Familiarity with Customer Master Data, Device Management, Meter Reading, Billing, Invoicing, Move In/Out, and Payment Processing
• Knowledge of SAP ISU integrations with SAP CRM, SAP FI, CA, and SAP S/4HANA
• SAP Retail Testing Expertise
• Experience with SAP Retail functionalities
• Familiarity with Article Master, Merchandise Management, Pricing, Promotions, POS Integration, Assortment Management, Inventory Management, and Procurement processes
• Validation of end-to-end retail business workflows
