PM For Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all test automation activities across medical device projects
• Review and approve test scripts before acceptance by Product Owners (PO) or SMEs
• Ensure implementation of best practices in test automation
• Mentor and coach engineers on automation testing methodologies
• Build technical capabilities within the team to handle complex testing scenarios
• Ensure adherence to global healthcare regulations and standards
• Interpret regulatory requirements and align testing practices accordingly
• Act as liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Drive alignment between technical and business requirements
• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance when needed
• Monitor emerging trends and innovations in test automation for potential adoption
