Technology Architect

Job Summary

Serve as a Technology Architect specializing in Salesforce-based solutions for financial services clients, with a focus on SFDC development, customization, configuration, integration, Lightning, and nCino. Architect scalable hybrid model designs that strengthen core banking and finance processes, maintain reliable data integrity, and support dependable day shift operations across complex enterprise ecosystems, with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end Salesforce and nCino solution architectures that meet enterprise banking and financial process standards, while ensuring scalability, security, and long-term platform sustainability

Provide detailed technical guidance for SFDC development and customization to support robust feature delivery for complex finance workflows and regulatory compliance

Drive optimization of SFDC configuration across objects, workflows, approvals, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort for finance and accounting teams

Lead the design and implementation of SFDC Lightning components and modern user experiences that simplify day-to-day tasks for business users and support intuitive access to critical financial data

Implement integration strategies between Salesforce platforms and external core banking or finance systems to ensure accurate data synchronization and high-integrity information flows across the enterprise

Conduct technical impact analysis and solution design reviews for new business requirements to verify alignment with architectural principles and to avoid compromising system stability

Work closely with finance and accounting stakeholders to convert domain needs into well-structured Salesforce and nCino capabilities that support essential financial reporting and lending processes

Mentor teams on best practices for code quality, configuration management, and environment governance to enable dependable deployments and decrease production incidents in hybrid work environments

Create reusable architectural patterns, integration templates, and design standards to accelerate delivery of new features while ensuring consistent quality across multiple Salesforce implementations

Support performance tuning and scalability improvements for SFDC and nCino applications to manage increasing transaction volumes and complex financial products without degrading user experience

Partner with information security and compliance teams to incorporate regulatory controls, audit readiness, and secure data handling into every architectural decision affecting financial information

Provide day shift technical oversight and lead issue resolution for critical incidents within Salesforce ecosystems to minimize service disruption and restore business operations promptly

Document architectural decisions, solution blueprints, and technical roadmaps to help stakeholders understand system evolution and inform future investments in cloud-based financial platforms

Qualifications

Bring extensive hands-on experience in SFDC development and customization using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning capabilities to deliver complex, enterprise-grade solutions

Demonstrate strong proficiency in configuring SFDC objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation features that support structured finance and accounting processes

Show deep practical knowledge of SFDC Lightning design patterns and component-based development that enables responsive, user-friendly interfaces for business users

Exhibit solid expertise in SFDC integration approaches, including APIs and middleware-based connectivity, to seamlessly connect Salesforce with core banking and financial systems

Provide proven experience with nCino implementations that support lending, onboarding, and other financial product workflows in regulated environments

Apply strong understanding of finance and accounting concepts to design Salesforce solutions that reflect financial transactions, controls, and reporting requirements accurately

Operate effectively within a hybrid work model using collaborative tools and clear communication to coordinate with distributed technical and business stakeholders

Certifications Required

Salesforce Certified Application Architect; Salesforce Platform Developer certification preferred; nCino technical certification desirable
