Technology analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI applications leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies
• Create and implement Agentic AI systems that facilitate autonomous reasoning, tool usage, and workflow orchestration
• Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines utilizing vector databases and enterprise knowledge resources
• Establish and maintain AI evaluation frameworks to assess model quality, accuracy, hallucination rates, relevance, and business KPIs
• Formulate prompt engineering strategies and enhance LLM performance
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud services
• Develop scalable backend services and AI workflows using Python
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and solution architects to convert requirements into AI-driven solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI applications in production settings
• Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices

Technical Requirements:

• Expertise in AI, data science, and Python, with a focus on Generative AI and basic knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering

Additional Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of design principles and architectural fundamentals
• Understanding of performance engineering concepts
• Familiarity with quality processes and estimation techniques
• Basic understanding of the project domain
• Ability to translate functional and non-functional requirements into system specifications
• Capability to design and develop complex programs
• Skill in writing test cases and scenarios based on specifications
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Aware of the latest technologies and industry trends
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities along with a collaborative mindset

Preferred Skills:
