Technology analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and sustain digital adoption solutions utilizing Whatfix
• Create interactive walkthroughs, smart tips, task lists, pop-ups, beacons, and self-help widgets
• Configure contextual guidance and user journeys to enhance application adoption and overall user experience
• Implement onboarding and training solutions for enterprise applications including CRM, ERP, HRMS, and custom web applications
• Integrate Whatfix with various business applications and analytics platforms
• Develop role-based and personalized user guidance experiences
• Configure surveys, feedback collection, and user engagement initiatives
• Monitor Whatfix analytics and adoption metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, training teams, and developers
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of digital adoption content
• Ensure adherence to governance, accessibility, and compliance standards

Technical Requirements:

• Core skills in Digital Commerce and Digital Commerce Platforms

Additional Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of design principles and fundamental architectural concepts
• Understanding of performance engineering
• Familiarity with quality processes and estimation techniques
• Basic understanding of the project domain
• Ability to translate functional and non-functional requirements into system specifications
• Capability to design and code complex programs
• Proficiency in writing test cases and scenarios based on specifications
• Solid understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
