Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to premature and critically ill newborns admitted to the NICU.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct daily rounds, assess patient progress, and update medical records accurately and timely.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment that adheres to hospital standards.
