Student Relationship Officer

The Student Relationship Officer plays a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with students and prospective students. This position is responsible for providing guidance, support, and resources to enhance the student experience and ensure student satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and prospective students.
• Provide guidance and support to students regarding academic programs, enrollment processes, and campus resources.
• Conduct outreach activities to promote educational programs and increase student engagement.
• Address student inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with academic staff to ensure student needs are met and feedback is communicated effectively.
• Organize and participate in student events, workshops, and information sessions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 2-4 years of experience in student services, education, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and student management systems.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Knowledge of educational programs and services available to students.
• Generating leads through cold calling , visit to school ,colleges and education centers
• Arranging seminars , conference to attract lead
• Admission target achieved monthly basis.
