Siebel Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical workday as an Infoscion
• In your capacity as a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to support the consulting team throughout various stages of projects, which includes defining problems, estimating efforts, diagnosing issues, generating solutions, and overseeing design and deployment
• You will investigate alternative solutions to the proposed recommendations through research, which may encompass literature reviews, publicly available information, vendor evaluations, and more
• and develop Proofs of Concept (POCs)
• Your role will involve creating requirement specifications that reflect business needs, defining future processes, and producing detailed functional designs based on those requirements
• You will assist in configuring solution requirements on products, identify any issues, diagnose their root causes, seek clarifications, and ultimately pinpoint and shortlist potential solution alternatives
• Additionally, you will engage in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions for clients

Technical Requirements:

• We seek candidates with a minimum of 5 years of technical experience in Siebel implementation and/or support projects, specifically those who have hands-on experience with Siebel Configuration, Workflow, and Scripting
• Candidates must possess robust technical knowledge of the latest Siebel Application 8
• x modules
• Applicants should be familiar with Siebel EAI, EAIM, Configuration, Scripting, Workflow, and Open UI
• Experience with Open UI is highly desirable

• Capability to devise value-generating strategies and models that empower clients to innovate, spur growth, and enhance business profitability
• Strong understanding of software configuration management systems
• Familiarity with current technologies and industry trends
• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with collaborative skills
• Knowledge of financial processes related to various project types and the different pricing models available
• Aptitude for evaluating existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending appropriate technology solutions
• Expertise in one or two industry domains
• Strong client interfacing skills
• Project and team management capabilities
