Shift Lead Engineer (Electrical) - Data Center

Manage operations and maintenance for a data center to guarantee 100% uptime of the facility. Supervise shift teams while actively engaging in hands-on operations and inspections of essential facility systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct operations, maintenance, and inspections during the assigned shift.
• Oversee the daily functioning and upkeep of critical environmental systems.
• Conduct inspections of maintained equipment and systems to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Operate and monitor critical system equipment, and supervise the Change Control Application Process.
• Deliver on-the-job training, support staff, and implement preventative maintenance initiatives.
• Oversee monitoring center operations, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Develop and execute Change Control Applications while ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
• Identify potential safety hazards, manage inventory, and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Lead the team in risk management and uphold ISO certifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Fluency in English and BM
• Willingness to work in Ulu Tiram, Johor.
• Preferred candidates from the semiconductor or power plant sectors.
