The individual will be tasked with developing Service Options for Machines and Engines. This position requires the extraction of service data from client product support systems and CRM platforms, including SIS Web, TMI, and HVC. A clear understanding of Client Machine & Engine Build Rules, Component Codes, and Job Codes is necessary. The ideal candidate will prioritize meeting project timelines while ensuring high-quality standards.
