Job Description: Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our 360-degree marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, ensuring strong brand positioning, and managing external marketing agencies and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Formulate and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
• Branding & Positioning: Design and execute branding strategies to establish a strong market presence.
• Campaign Management: Oversee all marketing campaigns, including ATL, BTL, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Vendor & Agency Management: Evaluate, collaborate, and manage external marketing agencies and vendors for successful execution of campaigns.
• Advertising & Promotions: Develop and implement advertising initiatives to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in handling 360-degree marketing functions.
• Proven ability to develop and execute branding strategies.
• Strong knowledge of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing activities.
• Experience in managing creative agencies and marketing vendors.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
