Senior Technology Architect- SRE- Q3 FY 26

Job Description:

• Proven experience with Spring Boot, Node.js, and Python-based microservices is essential
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes clusters and service mesh for workload deployment across hybrid and multi-cloud environments is required
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, including the ability to define scanning profiles to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Comprehensive knowledge of observability concepts, including system and application monitoring techniques utilizing agents and dashboards
• Familiarity with any of the following tools: ELK stack, Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk, Datadog, AppDynamics, and Prometheus, particularly with OpenTelemetry agents will be beneficial
• Solid grasp of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, such as risk templates, error budgets, Service Level Objectives (SLOs), runbooks, root cause analysis (RCA), post mortems, and backlog management will be advantageous
• Proficient in identifying performance bottlenecks using tools like AWR reports, slow query logs, thread dumps, core dumps, heap dump analyzers, and other relevant technology-specific tools
• Experience with log analysis, including common pattern analysis and activity trace identification from minimalistic production logs
• Understanding of web server configurations and logs, including Apache, Nginx, server logs, and database trace logs
• Ability to leverage AI techniques for automation, such as Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RAG) and agentic processes, is a plus
• Knowledge of browser and client application profiling using available tools for browsers and mobile applications
• Experience with operating systems, particularly Linux or other Unix systems
• Skilled in shell scripting, PowerShell scripting, and other command-line utilities for cloud and automation tools
• Database persistence experience using JPA and JDBC with Oracle, MySQL, and MS SQL
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry, OpenShift, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure
