Job Title: Senior Documentum D2 Developer ECM
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 8+ years
Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Key Technical Qualifications
Extensive proficiency in Documentum D2 development is crucial
In-depth knowledge of Documentum Core Fundamentals is mandatory
Practical experience with Documentum upgrade initiatives, particularly in cloud-based settings
Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service AKS is required
Capability to mentor and support junior developers
Solid experience working within Agile frameworks
Minimum of 7 Years of Relevant Industry Experience
Technical Skills Expertise
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Proficient in CICD pipelines and automated testing methodologies
Skilled in scripting languages including Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript
Expertise in crafting and deploying cloud-native solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and APIs
Strong comprehension of software architecture styles, design patterns, and engineering best practices
Ability to assess technologies, conduct tradeoff analyses, and suggest optimal design solutions
Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards in the oil and gas industry
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills
Teamwork and Communication
Exhibits the capability to work effectively within a team, collaborating across functions to confirm requirements and align on business objectives
Demonstrates influential leadership by driving product design and architecture while ensuring adherence to IT engineering standards and architectural maturity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work asynchronously across different time zones
