Quality Assurance

Oversee daily production operations by planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling activities aimed at meeting production targets.
Drive production efficiency by providing leadership, motivation, clear communication, and on-the-job training to production staff.
Ensure all shift supervisors submit accurate documentation and reports.
Collaborate with quality assurance (QA) and customer service teams on new product development and address any product quality issues.
Review and acknowledge the daily job schedule provided by the planning department.
Manage production waste effectively to align with the Company's objectives.
Facilitate positive inter-departmental collaboration to enhance communication and overall productivity.
Design and implement productivity improvement initiatives, encouraging team members to actively engage and contribute.
Address disciplinary matters or grievances while consistently monitoring employee morale to maintain a harmonious workplace.
Conduct job analyses and performance evaluations for personnel, recommending further formal/informal training, promotions, and transfers as necessary.
Execute additional tasks as assigned by management when required.
