Your Impact:
- Design and orchestrate agentic workflows utilizing LangChain and LangGraph to deliver scalable, production-ready GenAI solutions.
- Create reusable components for data ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and validation to streamline project delivery.
- Maintain high standards of reliability, scalability, and traceability across agent workflows to support enterprise-grade AI applications.
- Implement performance monitoring with tools like LangSmith, applying tuning techniques to enhance agent accuracy and efficiency continually.
- Deploy and sustain Python-based GenAI services in production environments, employing Bitbucket, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for dependable releases.
- Design secure API communication and access management strategies using JWT, OAuth, and RBAC to protect sensitive client data.
- Utilize NLP, LLM, and retrieval techniques—including vector stores and embeddings—to develop context-aware, intelligent solutions for clients.
- Proficiency in Python fundamentals such as OOP, data structures, and error handling, with hands-on experience working with Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, or Dask.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel, specifically in building agent orchestration, memory, and tool-use workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Python API frameworks like Flask or FastAPI, with familiarity with development environments such as VSCode and PyCharm.
- Working understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, time-series data, along with data modeling and schema design.
- Basic experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, and exposure to vector databases such as FAISS or Chroma, including embedding-based retrieval methods.
- Competence in AWS Cloud Services and production deployment practices, integrating tools like Bitbucket, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep understanding of security and access management protocols, including JWT, OAuth, RBAC, and secure API communication.
- Previous experience working on GenAI, CoPilot, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Knowledge of marketing data models and real-time customer journey analytics.
- Familiarity with NLP, large language models, and retrieval frameworks beyond the core requirements outlined above.
