Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing customers via Chatto introduce and promote products/services.
• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate product details.
• Understand customer needs and work towards closing sales effectively.
• Manage customer concerns professionally to ensure a positive service experience.
• Maintain and update customer records in the internal system.

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome!
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to meet sales targets and handle rejection gracefully.
• Graduation is mandatory.

• Location: Gurgaon
• Salary: 25,000 30,000 per month
• Shift: Rotational Shift
• Working Days: 6 days/week (1 rotational off)
