Job Overview:
- We are on the lookout for a skilled SAP FSM Consultant who possesses extensive knowledge in the implementation and support of SAP Field Service Management solutions.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating SAP FSM with backend ERP systems, including S/4 HANA and ECC.

- As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to identify customer challenges, analyze problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate their deployment to enhance client satisfaction.
- You will take ownership of specific sections of the proposal document, contributing insights to solution design based on your areas of expertise.
- You will coordinate configuration activities, set up the product according to design specifications, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in addressing queries related to requirements and solution design.
- Your role will include conducting product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and preparing effort estimates that align with customer budget constraints while adhering to the organization’s financial policies.
- Actively lead small-scale projects and contribute to both unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to our clients.

Technical Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in SAP FSM implementation, including at least 2 full lifecycle projects.
- Expertise in SAP FSM configuration, customization, and integration.
- Experience with SAP CPI, groovy scripting, and Jaspersoft reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP CRM, C4C Service module, and SAP S/4 HANA Service Customer Service modules is preferred.
- Knowledge of SSAM (SAP Service and Asset Manager) is a plus.
- SAP FSM certification is an advantage.

- Capability to collaborate with clients in identifying business challenges and enhancing client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring pertinent data.
- Awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with collaboration skills.
- Ability to evaluate current processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and recommend technological solutions.
- Knowledge of one or two industry domains.
