Key Responsibilities:

• A typical day for an Infoscion
• As a key member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to delve into customer challenges, identify problem areas, design creative solutions, and ensure successful implementation, leading to enhanced client satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of specific sections of the proposal document, contributing your expertise to the solution design process.
• Your tasks will include planning configuration activities, configuring the product according to the design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in clarifying any questions related to requirements and solution design.
• You will provide solution product demonstrations, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with the customer's budgetary constraints while adhering to organizational financial policies.
• Take a proactive role in leading small-scale projects and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to clients.

Technical Requirements:

• Relevant experience in end-to-end implementation, support, or rollout processes.
• Essential skills include SAP Fieldglass, Contingent Workforce Services, Procurement Profile, Worker Custom Reporting, Integration knowledge for SAP and Non-SAP applications, and Connector functionality.
• Proficiency in SAP Fieldglass implementation, configuration, support, rollout, and testing for Contingent Workforce Services and SOW-Based Services, along with Worker Custom Reporting Integration.
• Experience in creating master data configurations and reporting setups.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the integration setup between SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba, SAP ECC, or S/4HANA SuccessFactors.
• Integration experience with ASAPIO Cloud Integrator is a valuable asset.
• Familiarity with Agile Activate Project Methodology.
