Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Configuration Consultant to design, configure, implement, and support SAP Fieldglass solutions for Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) and Services Procurement
• The consultant will partner closely with business stakeholders, procurement teams, MSPs, suppliers, and SAP technical teams to deliver scalable and compliant workforce management solutions
• The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP Fieldglass configuration expertise, integration knowledge, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience supporting global implementations

• Perform fit-gap analysis and propose scalable solutions
• Convert business requirements into Fieldglass configurations
• Create functional specifications and design documents
• Workflow Process Management
• Configure approval chains and routing rules
• Design onboarding, offboarding, and worker lifecycle processes
• Implement compliance and governance controls
• Support supplier and buyer configuration activities
• Integrations
• Partner with integration teams on
• o SAP S 4HANA
• o SAP ERP ECC
• o SAP SuccessFactors
• o Ariba
• o Payroll systems
• o Third party Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
• Review and troubleshoot integration errors
• Support file-based API and middleware integrations
• Testing and Deployment
• Develop test scenarios and test scripts
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments
• Coordinate defect resolution and change management activities
• Support Optimization
• Provide production support and resolve issues
• Conduct root cause analysis for configuration-related problems
• Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities
• Support quarterly SAP Fieldglass releases and regression testing
• Reporting and Analytics
• Configure and maintain Fieldglass reports and dashboards
• Analyze workforce data and procurement metrics
• Support business reporting requirements

• Experience working in global procurement or workforce management programs

• Experience with MSP and staffing supplier processes
