Key Responsibilities:

- In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will primarily lead the efforts to deliver premium consulting solutions that add significant value to clients at various stages, from defining problems to diagnosing them and developing and deploying solutions.
- You will assess proposals created by consultants, provide insights, and analyze the solutions designed for clients' business challenges to pinpoint potential risks and issues.
- Your responsibilities will include identifying change management needs and recommending a structured approach for clients to manage change through various communication avenues.
- Additionally, you will coach and create a vision for your team, offer subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and motivate team members through timely feedback and recognition for exceptional performance.
- You will play a vital role in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality consulting solutions that adhere to the organization's guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
- You should demonstrate expert knowledge of SAP EHSM Incident Management, with additional expertise in SAP Product Safety and Stewardship Management on HANA being a plus.
- A strong understanding of industry product compliance processes and their integration with logistics modules is essential.
- You should have comprehensive end-to-end process knowledge and implementation experience in the following areas: Regulatory Content Management, REACH, RoHS, China RoHS, Product Compliance Management, Product Safety Compliance Management, compliance check processes, Campaign Management, BOMBOS, and custom compliance solutions.
- Demonstrating proficiency in both standard and custom compliance reports is required, along with the ability to deliver standard solutions.
- A robust understanding of HANA platforms is necessary.
- Hands-on experience with integrations involving various SAP and non-SAP systems, alongside a strong comprehension of the SAP EHSM solution on HANA 1709, is expected.

- Solid knowledge of software configuration management systems.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Understanding of financial processes for diverse project types and the various available pricing models.
- Aptitude for evaluating current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing technology solutions.
- Knowledge of one or two industry domains.
- Strong client interfacing skills.
