SAP EAM Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Seeking an SAP EAM Architect with experience in the Utility sector
• The ideal candidate will serve as a high-level solution architect and leader, addressing essential process and technology considerations in extensive SAP EAM transformation initiatives
• The candidate must possess substantial experience within the electricity, gas, or water utilities industries and should be proficient in S/4 HANA, alongside knowledge of IAM solutions such as SSAM, APM, GEF, FSM, LAM, etc.
• As a Solution Architect, lead engagement activities throughout various phases, from problem identification and diagnosis to solution design, development, and deployment in large-scale S/4 HANA transformation projects
• Develop comprehensive design and architecture documentation, along with process artifacts, to implement the solution and deployment strategy
• Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders at client organizations, showcasing thought leadership in relevant processes and technologies
• Participate in Unit and Organizational initiatives, as well as Centers of Excellence (COEs)
• The candidate should have a robust understanding of domain knowledge and familiarity with the Meter to Cash Process

Technical Requirements:

• A minimum of 14 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management implementation and support initiatives
• Extensive knowledge in areas such as Master Data, Functional Location, Equipment Class, Characteristics, Work Center, Task List Revision, Measuring Points, and Work Management, including Capital Work, Preventive, Breakdown, Corrective, and Calibration Maintenance Processes
• Experience with SAP PM integration with third-party tools is essential
• Familiarity with industry best practices and SAP product best practices in the EAM domain
• Experience in identifying business outcomes and automation opportunities, including AI across EAM subprocesses
• Knowledge and/or experience with Intelligent Asset Management solutions like FSM, SSAM, and APM
• Demonstrated experience in multiple end-to-end lifecycle implementation activities, including requirement gathering, business process design, SAP configuration, RICEFW, functional design, systems and integration testing, and resolving production issues
