IT&Data Cyber Security OT

Job Overview:

• The IT Data Cyber Security OT Manager plays a crucial role in safeguarding Operational Technology (OT) Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and SCADA environments, as well as manufacturing systems and connected industrial assets across Danone's production facilities.
• This position is tasked with identifying, assessing, and mitigating cyber risks that could impact manufacturing operations, all while ensuring compliance with industrial cybersecurity standards and business continuity mandates.

Primary Duties:

• OT Risk Management
• Facilitate OT cybersecurity risk evaluations, vulnerability assessments, and security audits.
• Detect and address cybersecurity vulnerabilities affecting manufacturing, processing, storage, supply chain, and third-party risk management.
• Collaborate with the Danone Cyber Emergency Response Team (CERT) on OT-specific cyber incident response and recovery strategies.
• Enhance OT Architecture and Security Operations
• Lead the formulation and implementation of the OT cybersecurity architecture and security operational strategy within manufacturing and industrial settings.
• Advance OT threat monitoring, detection, incident response, and cyber resilience initiatives to safeguard essential operational assets and guarantee business continuity.
• Establish and manage secure industrial network architectures, focusing on segmentation, remote access security, and IT/OT convergence controls that align with industry standards and organizational risk goals.
• Work in conjunction with Operations, Engineering, Digital Infrastructure, and SOC teams to embed cybersecurity requirements into industrial modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support the enforcement of cybersecurity standards and secure-by-design principles for OT systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory, operational, and business requirements.
• Participate in securing industrial network architectures, including segmentation, remote access security, and IT/OT convergence controls aligned with industry standards and organizational risk objectives.
• Oversee and assist in OT security evaluations, architecture reviews, and risk remediation initiatives to continuously enhance the security posture of operational environments.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Engage with factory automation teams, plant engineers, infrastructure teams, and external vendors, including system integrators and cybersecurity partners.
• Foster OT security awareness throughout operations teams.
