Primary Responsibilities:

A typical day in the life of an Infoscion involves engaging with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
As a key member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to identify core client issues, diagnose problem areas, craft innovative solutions, and oversee deployment to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
You will contribute to proposal development by taking ownership of specific sections of the proposal document and providing expert input into solution design.
Planning activities related to configuration, customizing the product according to design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in resolving queries related to requirements and solution architecture will be part of your role.
You will demonstrate solutions through product demos, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with client budgets and organizational financial standards.
Leading small projects proactively and supporting unit and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients will be expected.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 1 year dedicated to full lifecycle SAP C4C project implementations.
Proven expertise in functional configuration and implementation of two or more SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud projects.
Experience with other SAP C4H products such as Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Customer Data Cloud, and familiarity with S/4HANA is advantageous.
Certification in Callidus Cloud will be considered an added benefit.

Ability to develop innovative value-creating strategies and models that help clients innovate, grow, and improve profitability.
Solid understanding of software configuration management systems.
Awareness of emerging technologies and current industry trends.
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative skills.
Knowledge of financial processes across various project types and understanding of different pricing models.
Capability to evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate technological solutions.
Industry domain knowledge (one or two sectors preferred).
Excellent client interfacing and communication skills.
Experience in project and team management.
