Job Summary

The Lead Administrator will be responsible for administering and improving SAP landscapes to support reliable, end-to-end operations in a hybrid work setup. You will apply your experience across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP HANA Database administration to strengthen performance, stability, and overall system reliability. The role calls for a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver efficiency and ongoing innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration of SAP S/4HANA systems to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
• Administer SAP BTP environments to enable business processes and support technological advancements.
• Apply SAP HANA DB administration expertise to preserve data integrity and ensure system efficiency.
• Drive NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA administration to improve system functionality.
• Perform ongoing system audits and performance tuning to detect, assess, and resolve potential issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP systems remain aligned with business goals.
• Create and execute SAP Basis administration plans to support organizational growth.
• Continuously monitor system health and troubleshoot problems to reduce downtime and improve the user experience.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and SAP administration best practices.
• Support smooth integration of SAP systems for industrial manufacturing and automotive environments.
• Use English language skills to communicate clearly with stakeholders and team members.
• Effectively manage responsibilities within the hybrid work model, balancing remote and on-site duties.

• Show experience in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin to enhance system capabilities.

• Experience in the industrial manufacturing and automotive industry is a plus.
