Retail Banker (Local & International Banks)

This role involves managing and expanding a portfolio of Retail Banking clients through customized financial solutions, relationship building, active identification of sales opportunities across banking products, and consistent delivery of outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth financial needs assessments and provide tailored financial advisory & investment solutions to support clients in reaching their financial objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new & existing customers by regularly providing market updates, insights, and relevant financial products.
• Prospect, engage, and follow up with individual prospects to drive the creation of new business opportunities.
• Maintain strict adherence to all regulations and controls established by the Bank and external regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Retail Banking or Insurance Industry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Degree or min diploma in any discipline
• CMFAS certifications would be a bonus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
