Overview

We are seeking a driven and committed Relationship Officer to become a part of our Life Insurance Banca team. The perfect candidate will play a key role in developing and nurturing robust relationships with clients, providing them with education on our life insurance offerings, and supporting them in making well-informed choices regarding their insurance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and sustain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Educate clients about the life insurance products offered through the banca channel.
• Assist clients in identifying their insurance needs and suggest appropriate products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales objectives and improve client engagement.
• Perform regular follow-ups with clients for policy renewals and updates.
• Supply timely and precise information to clients concerning policy details and the claims process.
• Collect feedback from clients to enhance service offerings and overall customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
