Relationship Manager NRI / Senior Relationship Manager NRI

• Oversee relationships with NRI customers and manage banking portfolios.
• Manage NRE/NRO accounts, savings accounts, fixed deposits, and remittances.
• Source and onboard new NRI customers while expanding the existing portfolio.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for deposits and other banking products.
• Cross-sell appropriate banking and investment products to customers.
• Address customer queries and sustain strong client relationships.
• Ensure completion and upkeep of KYC documentation and adherence to banking compliance requirements.
• Maintain professional communication with NRI customers both in India and overseas.

Education: Graduation in any recognised discipline, subject to the bank's official criteria. MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing is an added advantage. Banking or wealth management certifications are beneficial.
