• Managing channel partners and DSA
• Experience of executing local campaigns and marketing activity
• Capability to do direct sourcing
• Ability for collection in case of any of assigned customer going delinquent
• Display strong understanding of customer business
• Ability to comprehend risk inherent to customer business
• In dept knowledge of processes & policies
• Ensuring portfolio quality
• Advising customers on their financial needs
• Prompt resolution of customer complaints
• Recruiting Channels & DSA employees
