Designation: Relationship Manager / Insurance Sales Manager

Locations: Kochi & Trivandrum

CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

Age Limit: Up to 35 Years

Experience: Minimum 1+ Year in Banking / Insurance

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow life insurance sales via the HDFC Securities channel.
• Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with HDFC Securities customers.
• Create leads and convert prospects into life insurance business.
• Assess customer financial requirements and suggest appropriate life insurance products.
• Work with HDFC Securities team members to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Meet assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Deliver quality customer service and support customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate documentation and adhere to company compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Banking or Insurance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Age should be up to 35 years.
