AGENCY MANAGER - ICICI - CTC UPTO 5.7 LPA

• Manage and develop a network of insurance advisors/agents.
• Support advisors in achieving business and performance objectives.
• Identify and onboard potential advisors from the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships and provide regular training and guidance.
• Monitor team performance and ensure consistent business growth.
• Handle customer and advisor queries and provide necessary support.

Preferred Experience: Insurance / BFSI / Agency Channel experience preferred.
