Recruitment and development manager - Kotak life - ctc upto 6 lpa

• Recruit and onboard new Insurance Advisors/Agents.
• Develop and maintain a strong advisor network.
• Activate and support advisors to improve productivity.
• Provide product knowledge and regular guidance to advisors.
• Conduct field visits and build strong market relationships.
• Generate business through the agency network.
• Monitor advisor performance and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1+ year experience in Life Insurance / BFSI preferred.
• Agency Channel experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and target-based responsibilities.
