Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and oversee insurance advisors and agents.
• Drive sales of health insurance products through the agency channel.
• Meet assigned sales targets and achieve business goals.
• Generate leads and uncover new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients and advisors.
• Train, motivate, and assist advisors to enhance their sales performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while complying with company policies and IRDAI regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in any sales field.
