About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition specialist with a robust background in functional hiring within the BFSI sector. The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in sourcing and recruiting talent for roles in Finance, Audit, Risk Management, Legal, and Operations functions, collaborating closely with hiring managers to achieve high-quality recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for functional and corporate hiring needs.
• Identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
• Establish and sustain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
• Perform candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations to assess skills and fit within the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend recruitment requirements and devise effective sourcing strategies.
• Enhance candidate engagement and ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Facilitate compensation discussions and assist in offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activities in ATS and other recruitment systems.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and deliver market insights, talent mapping, and hiring analytics.
• Support diversity recruitment initiatives and strategic sourcing efforts.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Extensive background in functional hiring, specifically in:
• Finance
• Audit
• Risk Management
• Legal
• Operations
• Demonstrated experience in BFSI recruitment.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean Search and advanced sourcing methodologies.
• Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Practical experience with ATS and recruitment software.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in talent mapping and conducting market research.
• Awareness of labor market trends and competitive hiring insights.
• Recruitment certifications, such as LinkedIn Recruiter Certification, are considered a plus.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple positions and priorities effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Data-driven approach to recruitment with robust analytical skills.
• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment.
