QC WELDING INSPECTOR

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (typically 5 to 7+ years of total experience).
• Aramco Approval: Must hold a valid Saudi Aramco Approval / SAP Number, including a successfully passed Aramco CBT welding examination.
• Primary Welding Certifications: Valid AWS-QC1 CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) or CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 (Certified Welding Inspector).
• NDT Qualifications: Level II certification in standard methods, including Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Penetrant Testing (PT).

Technical Knowledge: Extensive experience reviewing WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and PQR (Procedure Qualification Record), ensuring compliance with codes such as ASME and AWS, and working with materials including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Super Duplex.
