Purchase Executive

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in procurement and a proven track record of successful negotiation and supplier management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
• Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and identify potential suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing reports and documentation.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in procurement or purchasing role.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
