Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Project Manager: SAP HANA, you will lead SAP HANA implementation projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring successful deployment of SAP HANA solutions that align with business objectives. You will oversee cross-functional teams, engage key stakeholders, and coordinate with vendors to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and at the required quality level.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Manage SAP HANA Projects: Create and execute project plans, handle resource allocation, and manage budgets to support successful SAP HANA solution implementation.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Direct and coordinate teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collect requirements, determine project scope, and define project deliverables so SAP HANA solutions meet business objectives and customer needs.
• Ensure Quality Assurance: Build and manage project schedules, milestones, and deadlines, and ensure quality assurance activities and testing for SAP HANA solutions.
• Manage Vendor Relationships: Oversee vendor relationships and contracts to enable successful project delivery.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• SAP HANA Implementation Experience: Experience overseeing large-scale SAP HANA implementation projects, ensuring SAP HANA solutions are successfully implemented to meet business objectives.
• Project Management Methodologies: Experience using project management methodologies to develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and budget management.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• SAP HANA Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SAP HANA products and how they are used in business environments.
• Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Experience recognizing and reducing project risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensuring quality assurance and testing for SAP HANA solutions.

• SAP HANA Cloud Experience: Experience with SAP HANA cloud-based solutions, including deployment and integration with existing systems.
• Agile Project Management: Experience applying agile project management methodologies to SAP HANA implementation projects to support flexible and adaptive delivery.
• IT Service Management: Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL to ensure SAP HANA solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.
