Your Role And Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct a team of software engineers, encouraging collaboration, accountability, and ongoing development.
• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of intricate technical projects across various teams.
• Work closely with engineering, product, architecture, and operations teams to synchronize priorities and ensure effective results.
• Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation to fulfill delivery commitments.
• Offer technical direction and support for cloud-native, hybrid cloud, and platform-related projects.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and advocate for best practices in project delivery and team performance.
• Manage communications with stakeholders, provide executive updates, and handle customer escalations.
• Identify areas for process enhancement and promote operational excellence throughout the organization.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing software development initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and contemporary software development methodologies.
• Experience in overseeing cross-functional projects that involve multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient understanding of cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, OpenShift, and containerized ecosystems.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles, DevOps principles, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to balance technical decision-making with project execution and team leadership responsibilities.

• Experience working with hybrid cloud solutions and enterprise infrastructure offerings.
• Knowledge of Power Systems, virtualization technologies, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and automation frameworks.
• Understanding of software development technologies such as Java, Go, Python, React, or TypeScript.
• Experience in managing geographically distributed engineering teams.
• Proven success in scaling teams, enhancing engineering processes, and boosting productivity.
• Experience in addressing customer escalations and driving improvements in service quality.
• Aptitude for influencing technical strategy and aligning engineering efforts with business goals.
