Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Process Analyst – Risk and Compliance (Operations), you will manage activities connected to the administration of the new account process, document management, mail support, and other key responsibilities within the Operations function. Your work will focus on improving efficiency across both new and existing procedures.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Set up new client accounts in the CRM database and follow up on any missing client documents.
• Draft, combine, and send welcome letters to clients via email.
• Maintain document storage and retrieval from the database.
• Provide project and administrative support, including data entry.
  
  

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Graduate in Finance, Banking, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in customer documentation and managing client accounts.
• Ability to process high volumes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Strong typing skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and demonstrated analytical skills to organize and analyze multiple, complex data sets.
• Self-directed and motivated to achieve.
• Ability to meet targets effectively.
