Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Process Analyst specializing in Record to Report (R2R), you will oversee general accounting functions, including reconciliation, balance sheet preparation, profit and loss account management, fixed assets accounting, inter-company accounting, cash and bank accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Oversee all accounting operations related to the General Ledger, with a focus on fixed assets, inter-company transactions, inventory, cash & bank, indirect tax, and accruals.
• Identify potential risks or opportunities regarding revenue, costs, and profitability, and recommend suitable actions.
• Ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and adhere to established deadlines.

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• A commerce graduate with 2-4 years of experience in the Record to Report field.
• Experience in preparing balance sheets, managing month-end closures, and handling fixed assets, inter-company, and cash reconciliations.
• Ability to post journal entries and record transactions within an ERP system.
• Proven track record of coordinating audits, fulfilling customer expectations, and managing updates for management review processes in report management.
