Designation

Qualification 

• Only Graduates (Graduation mandatory) 

Salary Structure 

• Trainee Associate (0–24 months): ₹18,850/month (PMS/NATS/NAPS) 

• Customer Service Associate (>24 months): ₹21,600/month 

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Assist customers over phone with faults & account queries 

• No sales, no targets, no bond 

• Rotational shifts (Male logout till 12 AM; Female logout till 8 PM) 

Mandatory Documents 

• 10th, 12th, all semester marksheets, Provisional & Degree Certificate 

• PAN & Aadhaar 

• If experienced: Offer Letter, Relieving Letter, Experience Certificate, last 3 months' 

salary slips 

Eligibility Criteria 

• Any Graduate (Graduation mandatory) 

• Languages: Kannada+ English 

• Willing to do rotational shifts 

• Age: Less than 32 years
