Presales Engineer

Description

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Presales Engineer to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales organization by delivering IIOT technical expertise and solution-oriented guidance to our clients. This position combines strong technical capability with excellent interpersonal skills to effectively connect our products with customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.
• Deliver product demonstrations and client presentations that highlight the technical features and advantages of our solutions.
• Create and present persuasive proposals, quotations, and RFP responses tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Support the formulation of sales strategies and plans by using customer feedback and market analysis.
• Share insights with product management on customer needs and opportunities to enhance our solutions.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to communicate effectively with clients and address their requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

• BTech/ BE in EXTC or Electronics
• 1-4 years of experience in a technical presales or technical support role is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of software development, cloud technologies, networking fundamentals, and IIOT concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales enablement software is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
