Key Responsibilities:
- Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
- In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will play a pivotal part in supporting various project phases, which include defining problems, estimating efforts, diagnosing issues, generating solutions, and executing deployment
- You will investigate alternatives to the proposed solutions through thorough research, such as literature reviews, public domain information, vendor evaluations, and more
- Additionally, you will develop Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Your responsibilities will include creating requirement specifications based on business needs, outlining future processes, and crafting detailed functional designs in alignment with those requirements
- You will assist in configuring solution requirements within the products, identifying any issues, diagnosing their root causes, seeking clarifications, and pinpointing viable solution alternatives
- Moreover, you will actively participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to our clients

Technical Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle implementation, specifically with end-to-end deployment of Oracle Fusion PPM at client sites
- Comprehensive understanding of contemporary industry trends related to PPM business processes and practices
- Extensive product knowledge across all Fusion PPM modules, including Project Financial Management and Project Execution Management
- Experience managing the PPM function within a large organization will be considered an advantage
- Familiarity with global delivery models is essential
- A blend of mentoring, solution architecture, business pursuit, operations, and delivery management experience
- You will oversee regular delivery reviews and engagements where business processes are integral
- Strong negotiation capabilities with both internal and external stakeholders
- Certification in Oracle PPM Cloud modules is required
- Solid conceptual understanding of P2P, R2R, O2C, and A2R cycles
- Experience with rapid prototyping is necessary
- Proven experience in RICEW design and delivery
