Responsibilities

• Manage projects and ensure timely delivery of analytics reports and recommendations

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as healthcare, statistics, or computer science
• 2-6 years of experience in healthcare analytics, with a focus on patient data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, and Tableau
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
