- Proficient in Salesforce.com, Configuration and administration, Apex Code, Visual Force and experienced in Data Cloud.
- Should have good knowledge of CRM Analytics, AI and Data Cloud related configuration.
- Good communication, SNOW knowledge, Production Support skills to work in production support, work on RFCs /Projects, co-ordinate with team members, ready to work On Call support and 2nd shift.
